Food for thought-31 July 2018


               
Adele talked about Healthy food is good for
you because it helps your heart work more
easy.Your veins help to push the blood to
different ways.

She talked about how many sugar
you should not eat in a day and your
breakfast.For breakfast you should
have cereals that has not many
sugar in it but a little sugar.

Then we did a cereal game and the
game was to see how much sugar in
each cereal box.so we she put all of
us in groups of fours so we could help
each other out.so in the groups each
student had a number one to four.then
she said look for per one hundred grams
so we looked and then she said to go to
energy and look at the first number and say
it out then she did that to all of us in the classroom.

you have to drink the right drink like
water,juice and all that kind of drinks.
she showed us what kind of drink to drink.

Then she told to eat sugar and healthy
food even.Then she gave us two posters
of healthy food and not healthy food and a
plait that had healthy food on it.

Today I have remained same because I haven't been practicing my
multiplication 5 and 10 and I would have to learn it more often
because I forget somethings.
